  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and printers
  • Support operating systems (Windows/macOS), standard office software, and corporate applications
  • Assist with user account management (Active Directory, email accounts, access rights)
  • Follow IT security policies and support basic information security procedures
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/macOS)
  • Understanding of basic networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple requests efficiently
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally in the IT field


Tələblər

  • Degree or ongoing education in IT or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support or Helpdesk
  • Responsibility and attention to detail
  • Stress-resistance and problem-solving attitude
  • Team player with a proactive approach
