Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Specialist to join our Interior Materials & Furniture team. The ideal candidate will understand procurement processes and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with various departments and suppliers to ensure our projects have all the necessary materials and equipment. Preparing project presentation and quotation for the projects.

·        Checking orders to ensure that what has been ordered has been quoted correctly and that the correct terms and conditions have been applied.

·        Order placement to factories, checking sales price, invoices, and quantities.

·        Procurement & Tendering, Logistics coordination.

·        Working closely with project team, providing technical support on product specification.

·        Deliver commercial support to Project Management throughout contract delivery cycles.

·         A bachelor's degree or higher.

·        Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point

·        Personal skills: Attentive to details, Negotiation skills, Team worker

·        Language skills: Azerbaijani; English; Russian (preferable)

·        Good communication, organizational and analytical skills.

·        Able to effectively navigate and excel within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines with grace and efficiency.
