Description
- Maintains an effective and efficient working relationship with other team members and managers while enforcing established group policies and procedures.
- Works closely together with the hotel units’ Finance Department Team members/Chief accountants on operational issues concerning finance, accounting and control.
- Co-operates with the Financial Director and other departments in accordance with the ERP Manager's Guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Performs the assignments of members of the design team for the development of financial systems.
- Performs audits on "Users' rights / acceptance", collaborates with IT groups for managing and resolving ERP / Oracle daily activities issues.
- Supports ERP Manager in applying USALI standards, accounting plans, accounting methods, Standard Financial Policies and Procedures, and management experience for all group hotels.
- Organizes and implements trainings for financial sector employees (training topics are not limited to Financial Policies and Procedures, accounting standards and financial systems) from financial departments and all group hotels
