Assist in conducting salary benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluations.
Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.
Help analyze and interpret compensation data to provide insights and recommendations.
Assist in managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and other incentives.
Support in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal use.
Collaborate with HR teams and business units on reward-related matters.
Assist in HR system updates and data accuracy for compensation processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR, compensation & benefits, or a similar area (internship experience may be considered).
Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel and HR information systems.
Basic familiarity with compensation strategies, salary frameworks, and benefits coordination.
Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
Excellent communication skills and capacity to work with diverse teams.
